STEP-UP OMAHA! collaborates with employers and organizations from a wide range of industries across the Omaha metropolitan area to strengthen and expand the future workforce pipeline. We connect businesses with prepared, motivated young adults who are ready to contribute, learn, and grow through mutually beneficial and diverse work experiences that create value for both the intern and the employer.

Our young adults are placed in a variety of roles—from administrative positions in banks, government agencies, and corporate offices to hands-on opportunities in groundskeeping, urban gardening, construction, and event planning. Each placement is intentionally designed to build transferable skills, increase exposure to career pathways, and support long-term workforce development across our community.
