Proof of identity — your intern’s birth certificate or a photo ID
Social Security card for your intern
Proof of income, dated within the last 30 days — recent paystubs, a benefit/award letter, or an unemployment statement
Program consents — signed during the application
Be ready to attend one registration session and bring your intern(s)

Bring these to your registration session — Step-Up staff will verify them in person. You don’t upload documents here.
